Position: Installation & Support Associate
Location: New Delhi, India
Job brief
As an Installation and Support team member in our Services team, you will be responsible to ensure deployment of World Class Networking, Security and Technology Infrastructure. You will work both at our Client and Branch locations working with our local Civil and Electrical teams to deploy Copper and Fiber Networks, as well as Integrating and Supporting these Installations. Your primary responsibilites will be limited to Instalaltion and Configuration of Devices, including but not limited to Computers, CCTV, Biometric Machines, Networking Devices, Wireless Equipment, as well as other Networking Equipment required to provision services. You will also be responsible for the documentaiton of all these deployments.
You will be backed up by our Network Operations & L2/L3 Team who will provide you support where servers and other access are required.
