Position: L1 Network Operations Center Intern
Location: New Delhi, India

Internship brief
Did you just finish your education in becoming a networking enegineer. We are here to help you get industry exposure on how you can faciliate your learning and experience what it is to work in a 24x7 World of running Internet Infrastructure globally.

We invite you to be a part of our Network Operatoions team, and learn how Servers, Services, and Other Network Devices are monitored, managed and supported as well as deployed globally. Your rule as an Intern in our L1 Network Operations Team will be to assist our L1 and L2 Team members by being an extending arm montiring our services, helping with deployments that are happening both in our Data Centers as well as our Remote Sites for our Managed Services Team.

Your Internship will give you an opportunity to learn tools that are needed for customer support, from remote desktop tools, patch management and monitoring, to ticketing systems and network management systems that help us monitor our networks and work towards a 100% available network.

This is a Fixed 3 Month Internship Opportunity, to be eligible for this opportunity you should have completed your School Education, and should have completed an Industry Certified Course such as Jetking's JCHNP (Jetking Certified Hardware & Networking Professional). During this Internship not only will you get to learn on the job, but will also fast track (if you have suitable skills and education) for our L1 Network Operations Role, or another role in our Technology Services Team.

L1 NOC Intern

  • Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Answer Phone Calls and Open Tickets, as well as work with our Technical Team to close tickets
  • Assist in Deployments, and Troubleshooting of Networking Equipment, Servers and Applications
  • Assist in providing end user desktop as well as networking support with other technicians via phone, email in person.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Assit in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues causing performance challenges.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports


  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
  • Ability to work in 24x7 Shifts
  • Ability to work under stressful situations
