Position: L2 NOC Support Engineer (Networks, Servers & Services)
Location: New Delhi, India

Job brief
As an L2 - NOC Support Engineer in our Server and Services Team, you will be repsonsible to ensure all our Servers and Services Based on Windows, Linux, and Virtual Platforms are Running. You will work with our L1 NOC Agents, and our L3 Team Members to ensure that our clients have full access ot their services, and you will resolve issues that they face from time to time.

As an L2 Support Team Member, you are requested to debug and find solutions to problems that coudl be caused because of Operating System, Control Panels, Software, and or Software firewalls. You will debug chronic issues that customers face, and ensure that they have trouble free access to their Secure Web Applications, Data, and Emails.

For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.

To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus. If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you.

Associate Engineer L2 Support (Servers & Services):

  • Install, Configure and maintain Virtualization Platform such as KVM, ProxMox, VMWare, Hyper-V
  • Backup and recovery, system monitoring, disaster recovery, security, audit, capacity, tool support
  • Patching and udpating Servers for Security Updates
  • Debug Server Logs
  • Update Server Policies for Server Access and Security against Attacks
  • Manage and Configure Control Panels (Plesk, ISP Config amongst others)
  • Install and Configure Routing Equipment (Cisco, Mikrotik, Juniper)
  • Install and Configure Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switches (Cisco, Mikrotik, Juniper, TP-LINK, HP)


  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zoho Desk)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
  • Ability to work in 24x7 Shifts
  • Ability to work under stressful situations
